Our Story
Pontiro began in radiology data anonymisation. We built technology to strip patient identifiers from medical images and clinical reports, enabling hospitals to unlock their data for research and AI development without compromising patient privacy.
Working at the intersection of clinical data and AI, we saw a growing gap: healthcare organisations were adopting AI tools rapidly, but had no structured way to evaluate whether those tools actually delivered clinical value. Vendor claims were abundant. Independent evidence was not.
That gap became our core mission. Today, we help hospitals measure AI impact, support vendors in proving clinical validity, and give procurement teams the evidence they need to make confident decisions.
