Accessibility Statement
How we approach digital accessibility on pontiro.com. Last updated 1 June 2026.
Scope
This statement applies to the pontiro.com website.
Standards
Pontiro aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
The site has not been independently audited. The statements below describe the steps we have taken, not an audited level of conformance.
Steps taken
- Semantic HTML and ARIA used where appropriate so screen readers can interpret page structure.
- Colour contrast in body copy and primary controls designed to meet AA thresholds.
- Interactive controls reachable and operable via keyboard.
- Alternative text provided for meaningful images.
- Layout reflows on mobile and small viewports without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
Because the site has not been independently audited, accessibility issues may exist that we have not yet identified or fixed. Parts of the site use motion-based animation; reduced-motion preferences set in the operating system should be honoured by the browser, though some decorative motion may still appear.
Third-party content embedded on the site, including analytics, may not meet the same standards as code we control directly.
Reporting an issue
To report an accessibility issue or suggest an improvement, email [email protected]. Where possible, please include the page URL, a short description of the issue, and any assistive technology, browser, or device you were using. We aim to respond within ten working days.
Enforcement
In the UK, the Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces accessibility regulations for public-sector bodies. Pontiro is a private company and is not directly covered by those regulations.
Changes to this statement
This statement will be updated as the site evolves. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
